I woke up at six a.m. to go for a run. I already had my workout clothes on because I slept in them and I just needed to pull on socks and shoes and grab my shades and hat (the sun isn’t actually out yet though lol). But I walk outside and it is raining. I decided I would just go anyway but then it got harder and that was cue to go back inside.
I’m restless and upset now
I did not want to go today but I did. I was so tired and could barely stay awake so I was like ‘whatever, maybe tomorrow’. But then I saw a post on my dash that was like do what needs to be done and so on so I got up, changed, and went out.
I’m so glad I did. I would have felt so guilty and upset with myself if I didn’t so it really feels great.
It was dark out to so I was kind of scared something would happen but OBVIOUSLY nothing did (: lol
Still sore from yesterday but I didn’t want to sit around and rest so I walk/ran a mile on the treadmill and I did an hour of yoga (beginner, I did my own thing instead of following a video). Also worked on a forearm/hand stands.
AND I just remembered that tomorrow was Independence Day because I saw a post of a girl in an American Flag bikini that said ‘getting ready for tomorrow’
