I can’t believe how much change my body has gone through. I’ve never been happier or healthier in my entire life!
It never gets easier if you always challenge yourself, if you’re constantly pushing yourself a step further than you thought you were capable of. But you will get stronger, and you will realize that there is an athlete inside of you, waiting to fight.
Seek within; that’s when it’ll last longer.

I WAS NOT PREPARED FOR ROMNEY
I am 5’6” and the photo on the left I was around 160 pounds (May 2012). Now on the right I am currently 128 pounds (February 2013). After realizing all the unhealthy things I was putting into my body I decided to make a lifestyle change! I started eating better foods, smaller portion sizes, getting more protein in my diet, and drinking plenty of water of course. I run every other day about 2.5-3 miles and am currently training for a 5k! Other things I do are various core and other strength training exercises. I am still working on my diet to make it even healthier and am looking forward to continuing my journey of health! Along with looking better, this change has made me feel better! I am more alert than I ever have been before and feel more refreshed and awake during the day. I have also noticed that this is the first winter in which I have not been sick the entire time. I wish everyone luck on their own weight loss/healthy lifestyle journey!
